For starters, our app is a tracking mobile security app. Once installed on a mobile phone, it can always tell us where the phone is at most times. We have optimized the app to work very well when the phone is stolen or the owner is kidnapped (under certain conditions).

Some Great Insights…
Someone on LinkedIn recently asked me a very pointed question. I will re-produce below for the purpose of furthering enlightenment about our app.
Question: What makes it (your app) different from Google Find My Device?
Answer: Four things basically (and maybe five).
- The first is that due to their privacy policy and EU regulations, tracking apps (especially the ones that work in the background) MUST always inform the user of the phone, exactly what they are doing in the background. This is BAD if the phone user at any point in time is not the phone’s owner and the app is telling the user that Google is trying to locate this phone!
- Secondly, we have optimized our app to fully counter the known behaviour of phone thieves and kidnappers. Google and Apple optimized their tracking apps to at best, remotely delete all user data at the slightest opportunity, if the user cannot get his or her phone back within a reasonable time.
- Thirdly, the information we are collecting about the location of our clients, we are willing to share with the security agencies if we can confirm that any of our clients are in trouble or their phones are stolen or missing. This, Google and Apple will NEVER do with our local security agencies.
- Fourthly, our app runs independently of the SIM card on the phone, implying that you can change (or replace) the SIM card on the phone and our app will still be able to function optimally. Google and Apple can lose track of the phone if the (default) email address on the phone is changed to another one, while our GSM networks can lose track of any phone that is put on flight mode and is being operated solely via data. Changing email address or operating the phone to only make or receive VOIP calls is not a limitation to our app.
- Another KEY difference is that Google and Apple offer their tracking apps FREE to use but ours is a paid for service.

Our Pedigree
Currently, we boast over 400 active users who have collectively generated more than 100,000 location-based messages as of November 11th, 2024, all of which our local Analysis Server has successfully processed since its inception. We have confirmed the app’s functionality in Nigeria, the US, Canada, UK, China, Egypt, Ghana, and Uganda. Our ambition is to establish the app as a global entity.
